Sepidar Villa is an 85 m² duplex with a distinctive A-Frame form — a project in which architectural design, engineering calculation and the LSF (Light Steel Frame) structure were delivered as one integrated whole.

Our aim was never just to design a modern villa. We set out to carry the whole path — from the first idea to a real, buildable structure — with precision and coordination. That is why the design, the calculations, the technical detailing and the complete build were all done by our own team.

Built from light steel sections formed industrially, the LSF system makes a light, precise and engineered structure possible. At Sepidar it did more than suit the unusual A-Frame form — it brought a different approach to the building process itself.

Precision in design and structural calculation, reduced weight, an orderly build and close control of detail were the project’s defining traits. Here LSF is not simply a construction method; it is part of how we reach a build that is more precise, faster, and suited to contemporary architecture.
