About the project
Laleh Park is a 55 m² project commissioned by the municipality and built within one of the park's green areas. Sitting amid greenery created special constraints, and protecting the surroundings, reducing pollution, and minimizing build time were key requirements.
Given these conditions, LSF (Light Steel Frame) was chosen for a fast, controlled build. Light parts, off-site preparation of most of the structure, and quick installation kept disruption to the park to a minimum.
The aim wasn't only to build fast—it was to keep the process in tune with the site and leave the lightest possible footprint on the surroundings.
From idea to structure
What was asked, what was built.
01 Idea and design challenge
Construction within a park and green space while preserving the surroundings, reducing pollution, and minimizing construction time
02 Engineering solution
Lightweight components, off-site preparation, and fast installation allowed the project to be completed with minimal disruption
03 The outcome
A 55-square-meter building was constructed in the heart of a green space with minimal impact on its surroundings.

Services inside the wallPower, plumbing and ventilation run through the wall cavity.

Insulation in the cavityThermal and acoustic insulation is part of the wall itself.
01How long does a project usually take?
It depends on size and design complexity, but LSF is typically 30–60% faster than conventional building. A 200 m² villa takes roughly 2–3 months, and we share a clear schedule from the start.
02What spans and heights can LSF reach?
It depends on the design. Typically flat roofs span up to 6 m, pitched roofs up to 14 m, and each storey is up to 3 m high in residential and office work. Paya’s engineers set the final design.
03How is the cost estimated?
After reviewing your needs and site, we give a transparent estimate based on your chosen scope—no hidden costs.
